Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy replacement of a gear coupling part without the need for moving a driven device (e.g. a kneading device) or a driving device. SOLUTION: The gear coupling part 5 has a set of first cylinder bodies 25 individually fitted to an input shaft 16 of the driven device 1 and an output shaft 19 of the driving device 2, respectively, and having first gears 27 on the outer peripheral faces, a set of second cylinder bodies 26 loosely fitted to the set of first cylinder bodies 25, respectively, and having second gears 33 on the inner peripheral faces for individually meshing with the set of first gears 27, respectively, and a connector 22 detachably provided between the set of second cylinder bodies 26 for connecting the second cylinder bodies 26 to each other. Longitudinal lengths L2, L2', L3 of the second cylinder bodies 26 and the connector 22 are each set to be shorter than a distance between both end faces L0 of the input shaft 16 and the output shaft 19 so that the second cylinder bodies 26 and the connector 22 can be freely pulled off from both end faces thereof.
