SOLUTION: The lift training apparatus which has a swingable arm 5 with a handle 4 securely fixed at its upper end to train the upper half body by pushing or pulling the handle 4 is provided with a sitting seat 3, two posts 10 and 11 which support the seat 3 while swingably supporting the arm 5 and frames 12, 13, 14 and 15 securely fixed on the posts and a linear oil damper 8 which applies to the arm 5 a resistance force increasing with a rise in the swinging speed of the arm.
