Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion coating material for electrodeposition coating, which can improve thin film corrosion resistance and heat-resistant corrosion resistance under heat-loaded environments, and to provide an electrodeposition coating film formed from the emulsion coating. SOLUTION: This emulsion coating material for electrodeposition coating, containing a nano-particle composite material, is characterized in that the nano-particle composite material contains a fullerene compound site such as fullerene, its derivative or pseudo-fullerene, and a chain oligomer site having a hydrophilic group and fluoroalkyl groups at both the ends. The electrodeposition coating film is formed by electrodeposition-coating of the emulsion coating for the electrodeposition coating.
