SOLUTION: The cage 11 is provided with a pair of annular parts 12a, 12b having collar parts 18a, 18b bent to the inner diameter side and with a plurality of cage bar parts 14 connecting the pair of annular parts 12a, 12b with each other to form a plurality of pockets for holding rollers and having central parts recessed to the inner diameter side. and is manufactured without applying a grinding process.
