Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service in which distribution forms of content are different according to areas where mobile machines at distribution destinations of the content exist. SOLUTION: When there is a user of a mobile machine MS in a country where a copyright of the content is not permitted, a content server device CS backs up the content according to a user's instruction. Then, the content server device CS distributes the backed up content to the user's mobile machine MS when it is confirmed that the user moves to a country where the copyright of the content is permitted. In addition, the content server device CS confirms scheduled date and time when the user moves the country where the copyright is permitted when the content is attempted to be backed up and backs up the content when the date and time are within a reproduction period determined by the copyright of the content.
