Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument which easily refills an urea water solution and prevents devices from being damaged by a frozen urea water solution unable to be fed as to a measuring instrument for feeding an urea water solution having a relatively high freezing point to an automobile. SOLUTION: This measuring instrument provided with a sheet-like heater (26) for heating the inside of a case (23) and a tank inside heater (32) for heating the liquid in a liquid storage tank (2) is provided with a controller (35) which drives a pump (7) and opens an open/close valve (15) when the temperature signal of an outside temperature sensor (34) falls below a set level, drives the heater (26) when the temperature signal of a case inside sensor (27) and the sensor (34) falls below a set level and drives the tank inside heater (32) when the temperature signal of the sensor (34) and a liquid temperature sensor (33a) becomes below a set level.
