PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a media agitation type wet dispersion machine which is capable of dispersing fine particles in a nanometer order and excellent in classification performance with large scale. SOLUTION: The media agitation type wet dispersion machine is provided with a dispersion tank 2 to internally form a vertical type cylindrical crushing chamber 20, a hollow rotary shaft 3 installed so as to be freely rotated by inserting a lid member 22, an upper part rotor 4 that is located at the upper part of the crushing chamber 20 and fixed to the rotary shaft 3 to rotate, a lower part rotor 6 that is located at the lower part of the crushing chamber 20, fixed to the rotary shaft 3 to rotate and an inner rotor 5 that is located at the inner side of the upper part rotor 4, and fixed to the rotary shaft 3 to rotate.
