Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve orientation measurement accuracy and interference wave suppression performance, even if a signal having large temporal variations caused by propagation conditions is received. SOLUTION: Observation signals by a plurality of sensors 1-1 to 1-n are sampled by a signal sampling section 11 and are supplied to a data selection section 21. The data selection section 21 selects data of which the number is specified from sampling data. From among the selected data, the number of signals is estimated via a covariance matrix generating section 31, a characteristic value computing section 41, and a number-of-signals deducing section 51, and then signal processing is carried out by an orientation measurement processing section 61 or an interference wave suppression processing section 62. A processing quality determining section 71 determines the processing quality, based on the processed result by the orientation measurement processing section 61 or the interference wave suppression processing section 62, and supplies the determined results to a data section control section 81.
