PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus capable of reducing a proportion of inferior goods, further keeping a manufacturing tolerance to a minimum, without causing additional time loss. SOLUTION: The method includes the process steps of: (a) recording images of the components of several tube pieces with attached or introduced valve or cover sheets, imprints, coatings and/or embossings; (b) determining the positions of the sheets, and the like relative to a reference point of the components of the tube pieces; (c) calculating the deviation of the determined position from the target position, (d) calculating an average deviation of determined position from the target position over several determined positions; and (e) changing the positions of the sheets and components of the tube pieces by the valve of the average deviation.
