PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier polyamide stretched film which can be subjected to boiling or retorting treatment, is excellent in impact resistance and pinhole resistance, and also can be produced continuously long-time. SOLUTION: The polyamide stretched film is obtained by melting and mixing a resin, which comprises a mixture of: 70-99 wt.% of a polyamide resin (X) obtained by polymerizing main raw materials, that is, metaxylylenediamine and a 6-12C α, ω-aliphatic dicarboxylic acid; and 30-1 wt.% of a styrene-ethylene/butylene block copolymer (Y), to extrude the molten resin and subsequently stretching the extrudate at least in one direction.
