Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a construction process table in a land relocation work construction plan formation system, and easily, inexpensively and rapidly provide a drawing for managing specific attribute information such as work types provided by a task or construction year in conformation to the construction process table. SOLUTION: For a plurality of tasks including various pieces of attribute information inputted by an input means and pattern data corresponding thereto, two data are connected by assigning unique relevant information provided by at least one of both the data to the other, specific attribute information to be managed is selected, and pattern data connected with a task provided with this attribute information is colored or patterned on the drawing, whereby an identification drawing enabling identification of this data from the other pattern data is formed.
