PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for breast enlargement, which provides developed and beautiful busts and has excellent breast enlargement effect of increasing a cup size. SOLUTION: The composition for breast enlargement comprises a collagen as an active ingredient. The collagen is preferably a collagen peptide having an average molecular weight of ≤10,000 and is preferably derived from fish. The collagen has a free amino acid content of ≤1.0 mass% and an arsenic content of ≤2 ppm. The dosage form is preferably tablet, capsule, powder, granule or liquid. The composition for breast enlargement is mixed with a food and beverage, an external preparation, etc., and taken or applied so that the collagen being the active ingredient is quickly absorbed, used for a raw material for busts to develop busts and to obtain an excellent breast enlargement effect of increasing a cup size.
