Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that books can not be treated by a bookbinding machine in the case that independent books lines in a longitudinal line in vertical two steps or more while continuing by back covers or more and there is need to bookbind any one of the books and thereafter to bookbind the other or more by manual operation in a conventional bookbinding method. SOLUTION: The book binding is normally carried out with the back covers closely attached together by folding the bound up book separated in the upper and lower two steps in Fig.1 (not shown) connected by the page number of at least the back covers or more after completion of printing. Thus the book in the upper bookbound part is bound up integrally with the lower bound up part while folded in the back, perforation or cut out is formed as a signal 301 in Fig.3 along a part where a bookbinding fitting of the upper bound up part as shown in Fig.3 is bound, thereby detachment operation can be easily carried out and the upper folded book part can return to a state as shown in Fig.4 of the two step style book having bound up parts separated to upper and lower two steps in the original state.
