Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely obtain a temporal change of propagation characteristics. SOLUTION: A signal processing unit 16 calculates propagation characteristics of a propagation path from a signal to be measured. On a display unit 17, the propagation characteristics calculated by the signal processing unit 16 are displayed. The propagation characteristics are displayed with one coordinate axis of two-dimensional coordinates defined as the lapse of time to represent a calculation result of the propagation characteristics with a color or luminance on the two-dimensional coordinates. Power or phase is represented with a color or luminance on two-dimensional coordinates with a frequency and the lapse of time as coordinate axes, for example, thereby displaying a transfer function. A signal amplitude is represented with a color or luminance on two-dimensional coordinates with a delay time and the lapse of time as coordinate axes, thereby displaying a delay profile.
