Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an intake control device capable of controlling air quantity during idling operation. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a throttle body 10 defining four intake passages 11 and including a plurality of throttle valves 20, 30, and a control valve unit 100 bypassing a throttle valve and leading air from an upstream side of the intake passage 11 to a downstream side during idling operation. The control valve unit 100 includes an intake passage 101a, a housing 101 defining four delivery passages 101b, and control valves 102, 103 controlling air quantity. The throttle body 10 includes four introduction passages 16, 17, 18, 19. The housing 101 is directly connected to the throttle body 10, the two upper side delivery passages 101b are directly communicated to the introduction passages 16, 17, and the two lower side delivery passages 101b are communicated with the introduction passages 18, 19 via pipes 120, 130. Consequently, simplification and miniaturization of the device, reduction of cost, improvement of fitting properties, or the like can be achieved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
