PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message distribution method and a system thereof, which enable a user of a mobile communication terminal to easily recognize a delivery condition of a change notice and are superior in personal information protection. SOLUTION: A data transfer device 10 reads out data of terminal identification numbers and data of mail addresses from mobile phones and transmits the data of terminal identification numbers to a message distribution support server 200. The server 200 acquires a mail address for subscriber assigned to a user of a mobile phone on the basis of the terminal identification numbers and transmits the mail address for subscriber to the data transfer device. The data transfer device generates data of an e-mail having the received mail address as a transmission source and having a plurality of read mail addresses as transmission destinations and transmits the e-mail to the server 200. The server 200 transmits the received e-mail through a transmission mail server 400 for subscriber. The data transfer device generates data of the e-mail and then deletes the read data.
