Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of improving a bad efficiency from the standpoint of a management cost or the like resulting from provision of an additional service function apparatus to each of communication networks in the case of achieving the additional service such as an automatic answering telephone service through the different communication networks. SOLUTION: A called user sets in advance a communication network through which the additional service such as the automatic answering telephone service is provided and routing is determined depending on setting contents.
