SOLUTION: This timbering catcher has a base 2 attachable-detachable to the guide shell 20 of the hole drilling machine, a movable member 3 longitudinally slidably installed on the base 2, a fixing plate 4 fixed to the base 2, a movable plate 5 fixed to the movable member 3 so as to be opposed to the fixing plate 4 and clamping the timbering 8, a rod lock 6 connecting a rod 19 of a rock drill 18 mounted on the guide shell 20 to the movable member 3, and a rod holder 7.
