Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for forming a transparent conductive film for enabling formation of the transparent conductive film with high reliability by a wet method such as a printing method and a coating method, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The ink for forming the transparent conductive film comprises a partial hydrolyzate of an organic indium compound, an organic tin compound, zinc or a zinc compound, at least one kind of a low boiling point solvent of alcohols, ketones, esters and ethers, at least one kind of a high boiling point solvent of glycols, carbitols and cellosolves having a higher boiling point than the low boiling point solvent, and at least one kind of a stabilizer of amines, organic acids, inorganic acids, β-diketones and β-ketoesters.
