Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method by which the biting allowance and the contact area between the inner peripheral edge of an inner pad housing part and the outer peripheral edge of a pressure plate which comprises the inner pad is sufficiently ensured and the damage such as cracking is hardly generated. SOLUTION: The thickness size T of an adjacent part to a crushed part is made larger than the original thickness size t of a metal sheet 31 by crushing a part of the metal sheet 31 which constitutes a support by coining work like shown in (A). After that, the part of a thickness increased part 36 the thickness size of which is increased by the coining work like shown in (B) is removed including the crushed part by the coining work.
