Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadband amplifying apparatus which keeps excellent noise characteristics, and suppresses an increase of power consumption. SOLUTION: After 70-770 MHz and 1-2.6 GHz signals input to an input terminal 31 are amplified by an amplifying element 33, the signals are branched by a low-pass filter 34 which selects the signals of 70-770 MHz, and a high-pass filter 35 which selects the signals of 1-2.6 GHz. A direct current voltage Vcc is supplied as an operation power source to the output edge of the amplifying element 33 through a choke coil 38 and the low-pass filter 34. The choke coil 38 sets inductance so as to be a sufficiently high impedance for the signals of the frequencies of 70-770 MHz. The signals selected by the low-pass filter 34 are outputted from an output terminal 37a through a capacitor 36. Also, the signals selected by the high-pass filter 35 are output from an output terminal 37b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
