Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access control system capable of simply executing processing for acquiring an approval certificate even when a service request node and a service provision node are of one-many relation, and a service request node and a service provision node suitable for the access control system. SOLUTION: The service request node 10 has a communication part 11 that transmits approval information and a node authorization code issued by a certificate issuing server to a plurality of service provision nodes. When a service is used, transmits a node authorization code to one of the plurality of the service provision nodes 30. The service provision node 30 has an approval certificate verification part 33 for determining whether to provide the service to the service request node 10 based on the approval information corresponding to the node authorization code received from the service request node 10.
