Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and an information processing program for appropriately setting participation authority. SOLUTION: An organization monitoring unit 24 monitors whether or not there is a change in a participant for information processing, and if there is the change, a participation management unit 26 calculates a takeover period for the participant who will moves out or newly get in. The management unit 26 grants participation authority based on the takeover content to the participant who will move out or get in. By the participation authority for the move-out person and a new comer who have been set the participation authority as mentioned above, as regard information processing charged in a work organization, the move-out person and the new comer may acquire information necessary for the takeover.
