Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detachably connect a connector pipe to a housing while preventing dropping-out thereof. SOLUTION: In this device including the housing 10 defining a passage 12, and the connector pipe 50 defining the passage and connected with the housing 10 to define a passage for distributing a fluid as the whole, the connector pipe 50 is detachably fitted to the housing 10, and the housing 10 includes a stopping member 60 regulating dropping-out of the connector pipe 50. According to this, dropping-out of the connector pipe 50 can be prevented only by fixing the stopping member 60 to the housing 10 after detachably fitting the connector pipe 50 to the housing 10, and its removal after assembling can be easily performed, so that repair of the device, reuse of a part, correction work of wrong assembling, or the like can be facilitated.
