PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display board using a panel for information display that displays information such as an image by filling a display medium which can be driven with an electric field between two substrates having a pair of electrodes arranged thereon and moving the display medium by applying to the display medium an electric field produced according to a voltage applied to the electrodes, the information display board being characterized in that the information display board can easily be attached to and detached from a bulletin surface such as a wall. SOLUTION: The two substrates of the information display panel are made of film sheets and a compact battery is mounted as a power source thereon to make the lightweight information display panel. Further, a magnet or pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is provided outside the display panel to repeatedly attach and detach the information display panel to and from the bulletin surface.
