PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel for effectively using a screen by being provided on cantilever support or being bound at one side like a book or a notebook. SOLUTION: The information display panel displays information such as images by enclosing a display medium between two substrates in which at least one is transparent, applying a voltage between electrodes provided on each substrate, and giving an electric field on the display medium to move the display medium for displaying information such as images. Each leading line of the electrode of a display face side and the electrode of a rear face side in a display area of the panel is arranged in one direction of the panel. Preferably, the electrode of the display face side and the electrode of the rear face side are composed of a mutually orthogonally arranged line electrodes. The leading line alone of the electrode of one substrate is brought to the other substrate side, and drawn in the same direction as the leading line of the electrode of the other substrate side.
