Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of reducing parts cost, capable of mass-producing inexpensively by simplifying a manufacturing man-hour, and retaining a battery in a waterproof structure for a long period. SOLUTION: In the battery pack, a core pack 10 of the battery which is composed by coupling a plurality of the batteries 1 is housed in a waterproof bag 3 in which a flexible sheet 3X is sealed in a watertight structure and made in a bag shape, and housed in a sheath case 4. The waterproof bag 3 watertightly closes an opening 3a to draw out a lead wire 8 to the outside by a cord bush 9. The cord bush 9 watertightly seals the opening 3A of the waterproof bag 3, makes the lead wire 8 as the waterproof structure and draws it out to the outside. Furthermore, the waterproof bag 3 manufactures the opening 3A to draw out the lead wire 8 in a bag shape of making it narrower than a housing part 3B which houses the core pack 10 of the battery by the flexible sheet 3X. In the battery pack, the lead wire 8 is inserted into the opening 3A narrower than the housing part 3B, squeezes the opening 3A by the cord bush 9, and draws out the lead wire 8 to the outside of the waterproof bag 3 in the waterproof structure.
