Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit in which the supply voltage dependency of an oscillation frequency is suppressed. SOLUTION: A charge and discharge circuit 10 can switch between an initialization operation for setting the initial voltage of discharge and discharge operation, and outputs a clock CLK when discharge is completed. The clock CLK is input to the set terminal of an RS flip-flop RSFF. A signal, where an output signal/EN of the RS flip-flop RSFF is delayed by a delay circuit 20, is inputted to the set terminal of the RS flip-flop RSFF. The output signal/EN of the RS flip-flop RSFF is inverted by an inverter INV1 and becomes a discharge enable signal EN, and then is input to a switching circuit SW of the charge and discharge circuit 10. As a result, the charge and discharge circuit 10 repeats the initialization operation and discharge operation alternately, and starts the discharge operation from the supply voltage Vdd by initialization at all times.
