PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus, and a device and method for driving the same, capable of accurately reflecting a gray-scale voltage value according to the gamma characteristics of the display apparatus and raising a monotonous increase characteristic and accuracy of the gray-scale voltage while a Digital-Analog converter circuit of a data driver is simplified. SOLUTION: A driving device for a display apparatus comprises: a gray-scale voltage generator that generates a plurality of gray-scale voltage sets, each including a plurality of gray-scale voltages having different levels; and a signal converter that includes a first selector for selecting one gray-scale voltage set among the plurality of gray-scale voltage sets on the basis of a first portion of an image signal and a second selector for selecting one or more gray-scale voltages among the plurality of gray-scale voltages belonging to the selected gray-scale voltage set on the basis of a second portion of the image signal.
