Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable biological information monitor including a portable blood flow meter that is available for measurement to obtain the information at all times without making its user feel inconveniences in his daily life. SOLUTION: This invention integrates a light-emitting device, a light receiving device and an amplifier into one. The monitor is provided with a sensor section that directs light from the light emitting device toward an external living tissue, receives scattered light from the tissue and measures signals generated from blood flow in the tissue, and a blood flow meter that calculates blood flow values.
