Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for two-dimensional diffusion signal transmission (2D-DST) substrate used for clothing, capable of preventing short-circuiting inside the substrate and reducing the corrosion while retaining the moisture-permeability. SOLUTION: The two-dimensional diffusive communication substrate for clothing comprises two insulating layers disposed on the outermost layer, a plurality of conductive layers disposed between the insulating layers, and at least one intermediate insulating layer disposed between the plurality of conductive layers. The two insulating layer, the plurality of conductive layers and the intermediate insulating layer have moisture-permeability, and at least one of the two layers has water repellency.
