Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove various noises such as a power supply by a simple constitution without increasing the number of parts packaged. SOLUTION: A photodetector 101 and a preamplifier 102 are loaded on a stem 100, and the stem 100 has a terminal 105 led out to the outside. A section between an opening 100a bored to the stem 100 and the terminal 105 is filled with a capacitive support 110. The capacitive support 110 fixes and holds the terminal 105 to the stem 100 while having a specified capacity to the grounded stem 100, and grounds and connects the terminal 105. A member obtained by mixing a fixed quantity of a high dielectric material to a glass as a filler, and sintering the glass is used as the capacitive supporting section 110.
