Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the sound volume of a ringtone and a vibration quantity according to the moving state of mobile communication equipment decided during call termination with respect to a call terminating operation control unit and method that control the sound volume of the ringtone and the vibration quantity of a vibrator to let the user of the mobile communication equipment know call termination. SOLUTION: The call terminating operation control unit comprises: a moving state/call terminating operation pattern registration unit 1 wherein a combination of a position measurement detection pattern and a vibration detection pattern which can be detected by a position measuring sensor 6 and a vibration sensor 7 is registered, a moving state for the combination is registered, and a call terminating operation pattern corresponding to the moving state is registered; a moving state deciding unit 2 which decides a moving state based upon a position measurement detection pattern and a vibration detection pattern detected during call termination; a call terminating operation pattern selecting unit 3 which selects a call terminating operation pattern corresponding to the moving state according to the decision result; and a ringtone sound volume/vibration quantity setting unit 4 which sets the sound volume of the ringtone and the vibration quantity corresponding to the call terminating operation pattern according to the selection result.
