Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information retrieval method by a retrieval device, an information retrieval device and the like, capable of grasping information significant latently at present among users. SOLUTION: Retrieval is carried out based on a retrieval condition input from each of terminal devices 51, 52 by the users, and the information as to a retrieved result is provided to the terminal device of the each user. This information retrieval method by the retrieval device 1 includes a step for judging whether an identifier of a significance determination object is contained in the retrieved result or not, and a step for determining a significance of the identifier when the identifier of the significance determination object is contained.
