Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient heat management system for stepwise cooling operation. SOLUTION: The heat management system 20A comprises a first heat exchanger 26 having an inlet 30 and an outlet 32, a second heat exchanger 28 having an inlet 34 and an outlet 36, a fluid loop 25, a first heat pump 22, and a second heat pump 24. The fluid loop 25 circulates fluid to form a continuous flow path between the first heat exchanger 26 and the second heat exchanger 28. The first heat pump 22 is connected to the fluid loop 25 and arranged between the outlet 36 of the second heat exchanger 28 and the inlet 30 of the first heat exchanger 26. The second heat pump 24 is connected to the fluid loop 25 and arranged between the outlet 32 of the first heat exchanger 26 and the inlet 34 of the second heat exchanger 28.
