Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulletproof vest for fragmentation formed by arranging fabrics at positions to achieve highest performance, with respect to the bulletproof vest obtained by stacking the fabrics composed of organic fiber of high strength in multilayer while optimally combining them. SOLUTION: The most important requirement is that cover factor Cc of the fabric constituting each fabric layered produce is gradually increased from a side to which a bullet hits toward a body side. The fabric of small cover factor is disposed at the hitting side of highest bullet speed to allow the fabric of high response to exert high bullet-proofing performance, and the fabric of high cover factor is suitably used at the body side of low bullet speed, as an anti-yarn slippage property is required rather than response.
