Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lamp mounting structure capable of preventing degradation of the mounting workability of a seal member arranged between a vehicle body panel and a lamp caused by the repulsive force. SOLUTION: A seal member 9 is set to a recess 25 of a rear gate outer panel 20, a reflector case 6 of a lamp housing 7 is inserted in an open hole 26 while positioning the seal member to the recess by a pin 13, and a claw part 11 is engaged with an inner circumferential edge of the open hole 26. The seal member 9 is pressed against the recess 25 by a rib 10 on a back side of the lamp housing 7, and the repulsive force is applied in the direction for separating the lamp housing 7 from a vehicle body panel. The lamp housing 7 is not disengaged from the recess 25, but held by the claw part 11. Thus, in a temporarily assembled state in which the seal member 9 is pressed against and temporarily stopped by the vehicle body panel by the lamp housing 7, a bolt 28 can be easily fastened to a boss 12, the lamp housing 7 can be fixed to a vehicle body, and the workability can be enhanced.
