Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather forecast display system capable of acquiring a weather forecast data, using a representative point in a postal code number district, based on a mesh weather forecast. SOLUTION: The propriety of that coordinates is included in any individual mesh of the weather forecast data provided in every mesh unit divided with a fixed interval is determined as to the coordinates of the representative point in the postal code number district, using a gravity center calculated based on a polygonal data indicating a boundary line of the postal code number district as the representative point in the postal code number district, so as to prepare a district-by-district weather forecast table comprising a data for assigning the individual mesh, a postal code number group having the representative point belonging to the assigned individual mesh, and a weather forecast data of the individual mesh, the table is broadcasted by digital data broadcasting, and a receiver collates the table with the input postal code number to display the weather forecast data to an outside.
