Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core deviation preventive device which has a simple structure and can prevent deviation of the needle valve. SOLUTION: The core deviation preventive device 4 for a coater 1 has a needle 31 attached to the movable iron core 21 of the solenoid coil 2, and the passage of a nozzle 10 is opened or closed by contacting the tip of the needle 31 with a sheet section 32 formed on the nozzle 10 or removing the tip from the sheet section 31 through reciprocative motion of the movable iron core 21. A box body 5 having a cavity 50 within it is formed, an insert hole 54 having a diameter larger than that of the shaft 32 of the needle 31 is bored in one side wall of the box body 5, and the bored side wall and the opposite side wall are fixed to the movable iron core 21. An expansion 33 being larger than the insert hole 54 of the box body 5 and having such a geometry that a clearance is formed between it and the inside wall surface of the cavity 50 when housed in the cavity 50 is formed at the base of the needle 31. The expansion 33 is housed in the cavity 50 of the box body 5, with the shaft 32 of the needle 31 inserted through the through hole 54 of the box body 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
