Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding grass mower enabling easy and efficient connection and disconnection of a grass collection apparatus to the rear part of a self-propelled vehicle. SOLUTION: A lower connection mechanism 50 is extended from the lower end of a grass collection apparatus frame 40 of a grass collection apparatus 20 to the self-propelled vehicle, and an upper connection mechanism 60 is extended from the upper end of the grass collection apparatus frame 40 to the self-propelled vehicle. The lower connection mechanism 50 is provided with an engaging object 51 and an engaging part 53 detachably engaging with the engaging object 51 in a manner freely releasable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. The upper connection mechanism 60 is provided with a connection part 63 to connect or disconnect the vehicle side connection part 61 and the grass collection apparatus-side connection part 62. The grass collection apparatus-side connection part 62 of the upper connection mechanism 60 is made to coincide with the connection object for the connection part 63 of the vehicle-side connection part 61 by tilting the grass-collection apparatus frame 40 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle around the lower connection mechanism 50. An extension screw shaft 70 is provided in a removable manner. The grass-collection apparatus frame 40 is tilted in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle around the lower connection mechanism 50 by the extension and contraction of the extension screw shaft 70.
