Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer device for stopping a data transmission and also initializing a circuit without affecting the data transmission of the other channel. SOLUTION: A transfer stop monitor circuit 14P issues a transfer request of data transfer to a bus interface 16 by data transfer units. Also, the transfer stop monitor circuit 14P receives the stop instruction of data transfer. Furthermore, when there is an already issued transfer request while receiving the stop instruction of the data transfer, the transfer stop monitor circuit 14P executes data transfer by data transfer units corresponding to the transfer request, and stops the data transfer.
