Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor machine of an air conditioner capable of achieving sufficient cooling capacity even when an outside air temperature rises by surely cooling electric components of the outdoor machine of the air conditioner. SOLUTION: With respect to the outdoor machine 21 comprising an electric equipment box 24 for cooling the electric components 30 inside by supplying the air from a suction opening 29 to a discharge opening 31 by negative pressure of an air blower 22 for heat exchange, low pressure-side piping 33 is disposed near the suction opening 29 of the electric equipment box 24, so that the outside air for cooling the electric equipment box 30 is cooled by the low pressure-side piping 33 first, and then the electric components 30 are cooled, thus the electric components 30 can be sufficiently cooled even when the outside air temperature rises, and high cooing capacity can be achieved.
