PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new phenyl pyrazole derivative or its salt having excellent soil treating activity as an agrohorticultural insecticide, acaricide and nematicide; and an agrohorticultural insecticide, acaricide and nematicide containing the derivative or its salt as an effective component. SOLUTION: The phenyl pyrazole derivative or its salt is expressed by general formula (1) in which R represents an optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl group or a 3-6C cycloalkyl group; n represents 0 or 1; A1represents an optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl group or a 3-6C cycloalkyl group; A2and A3each represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a substitutable 1-6C alkyl group, a 3-6C cycloalkyl group, 1-6 C alkoxy group, a cyano group or an amino group; B2represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a methyl group; and B4represents a halogen atom, a cyano group, a nitro group or an optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl group.
