SOLUTION: An abutment part 16 is provided in such a manner that the end 15 of an opening plate 12 abuts on a lid body 6. Even if the lid body 6 is closed with the opening plate 12 non-inserted into the inner part of a dust collecting bag retaining part 10, this constitution makes the end 15 of the opening plate 12 abut on the abutment part 16. That is to say, as the lid body 6 is closed, the opening plate 12 is inserted to the inner part of the dust collecting bag retaining part 10 and retained in the proper position.
