A heat generation acquisition means 65 acquires the calorific value of the driving motor 15 based on the driving time of the driving motor 15 for the period in which a specified drive is performed. A waiting time decision means 65 decides a waiting time for delaying the drive of the driving motor 15 based on the accumulated calorific value of the driving motor 15 calculated from the acquired calorific value.
