Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge a card from a plurality of card storing parts in a comparatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: In the case of issuing a magnetic card 10 stored in a desired card storing part 31, with a card delivery mechanism part 40 moved to a position corresponding to a desired card storing part 31, a pusher 43 is moved forward by the drive of a pusher driving part 44 of the card delivery mechanism part 40 to push a card picker 36 toward a first operating position. After that, the card picker 36 is moved from the first operating position to a second operating position by an energizing force of a coiled spring 38, thereby engaging an engagement projecting part 36a with one of the plurality of magnetic cards 10 stored in a stacked state to move the magnetic card 10 toward a discharge opening 32h.
