Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing a piperidine compound having excellent tachykinin receptor-antagonistic activities as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains the piperidine compound represented by general formula [I] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as the active ingredient. In the formula, ring A is a benzene ring which may have a substituent; ring B is a benzene ring which may have a substituent; R1is a hydrogen atom or a substituent of an amino group; R2is a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group which may have a substituent, or the like; Z is an oxygen atom or a group represented by -N(R3)-; R3is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group which may have a substituent; R4aand R4bare the same or different and each a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group which may have a substituent, or a group forming an alkylene group by bonding to each other at the terminals.
