Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic molten metal pouring system with which the optimization of a parameter for pouring molten metal can easily be performed as duties from the behavior for pouring the molten metal of an expert tecnician to a parameter setting of the automatic molten metal pouring machine. SOLUTION: A bridge circuit 9 is constituted by fixing at least four strain gauges 8 in the same interval at the circumference of the gauge fitting part 7 arranged near a ladle 2 root of a ladle rod 3 and a personal computer 11 detects the molten metal pouring speed variation to calculate a molten metal pouring parameter with the angle variation of the ladle 2 and the weight variation of the molten metal 4 in the ladle 2 by receiving the signals of this bridge circuit 9. Further, the corrections of a sensitivity difference in each strain gauge 8, the unevenness of the fitting position of the strain gauge 8 and the shifting of the fitting angle are performed. Furthermore, the pouring of the molten metal is performed with the molten metal pouring parameter obtained in such way, through the automatic molten metal pouring machine and the adjustment of the molten metal parameter is performed by measuring the molten metal pouring speed variation to obtain the optimum parameter.
