Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intramedullary nail equipped with a bushing which can accept a screw in a plurality of angular directions in order to cope with fractures of various long bones, and to provide its assembly. SOLUTION: This intramedullary nail assembly for being used in the medullary tube of a long bone is provided, and the intramedullary nail assembly includes the intramedullary nail which is used together with the bushing and the screw in the medullary tube of the long bone. The assembly includes a main body which is arranged at least partially in the medullary tube. The main body partitions a main body opening which goes through the main body. The main body further partitions the length directional axis and an orientation featuring section. The orientation featuring section is operably connected with the main body. The orientation featuring section is constituted to support the bushing so that the bushing can movably be arranged to the main body, and also, the bushing can accept the screw at a plurality of angular directions to the length directional axis of the main body.
