Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce several of various problems regarding an orthopedic fastener. SOLUTION: This attachment utensil which is used together with an intramedullary nail having a nail main body, and a screw functional section for accepting a screw of which the direction can be decided to the nail main body is provided. The attachment utensil is constituted in a manner to decide the direction of the screw functional section to the nail. The attachment utensil includes a first section which cooperates with the nail main body, and a second section which can correspond to one position of a plurality of positions of the screw functional section to the nail main body. The attachment utensil further includes a screw functional section cooperating functional section for cooperating with the screw functional section in relation to the second section.
